Ben’s path to senior care began with a college internship at a local nursing home—and he never looked back. With a background in social work and gerontology, he spent years as a discharge planner in hospitals and rehab settings, where he saw firsthand how overwhelming care decisions can be for families.
That experience inspired Senior Placement Solutions: a service built on personalized guidance, dignity, and the belief that every family deserves support—regardless of their financial situation.
Ben takes a compassionate, whole-person approach with every family, helping them feel relief from the very first conversation.
Outside of work, Ben enjoys CrossFit, hiking, and spending time with his wife, two young children, and their dog.

Tom brings nearly 30 years of healthcare experience, including medical device sales with St. Jude Medical and Abbott. His passion for senior placement is personal—when his own mother needed care, his family struggled to find the right fit. That experience drives him to be the advocate every family deserves.
Fun fact: Tom is an avid cook and self-proclaimed candy aficionado.
